Working with Great People

My typical work day consists of structured meetings. These include safety, performance reviews within dept and at management level, problem solving sessions and people meetings. There are daily structured walkabouts to engage with workforce.I am a situational leader with an open door policy. I have good work ethics which is relective in my relationship with my co workers. I have learnt that people drive performance and i enjoy interacting with people at all levels. I enjoy challenges and change. The most challenging aspects of my job is bridging the skills gap and working with restrictive budgets but still being able to deliver on stretch kpis.

Cons: Demanding, long working hours
