I am able to remain calm in my situation.
I am a good communicator. Working in my company was so revealing. Had a very strong relationship with my boss and a friendly smile to our clients. I have learned to remain calm in my job and keep up the good work. I enjoyed working as a secretary receiving clients, answering phones, filling etc. I am good at my job and always make sure that the clients leave the office with a smile and joy. Calming them during anger and handling different people, aggresive and assertive client. I love my job.
Pros: The advantages was that i always learns something new from being a receptionist.
Cons: Long office ours and pressurefrom your boss urgently neexing something.
