I learnt to be patient

I'm a person who really enjoys new challenges and tackles them in an organised manner with the ability to find new solutions to problems. I consider myself as a success because i have set goals and have met some and on track to achieve the others. Some of my strengths are: my ability to prioritize, problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure, the focus i put unto projects and my positive attitude. I want to work for an organisation in which i can grow, a job where i can put my full contribution, where i cant wait to get to work. In my years of study i have majored in both Business Analysis and Information Systems , i believe that Business Applications which is the course that i have studied , is a discipline combining IT and integrates core elements from the disciplines of business administrations, computer science into one field. What motivates me to do my best are Challenges, Achievements and recognition .

I learnt to put other people before

I have strong and good working relationship with my co-workers and we work together as a team I mean we get along pretty well.On my typical work day I answer telephone calls, I screen emails,Compile invoices if there are any, I do courier documents to national office at Pretoria for Chief director's signiture. I learnt to work with people, communicate tactfully with them and share the little knowledge I have with them and absorb everything they are teaching me. I enjoyed to help people who are in need like taking their request and capture them on the system. The challenging that I experience at the first time day I got here I was unable to understand the abbreviosions of the projects they do but as the time pass by I learnt everything about them.

Pros: It enable me to gain more experience in communicating with a variety of people

Well versed in administrative woork

I am very friendly and fun professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and I believe it makes tasks easier. I am well versed in administration tasks. I possess mathless interpersonal and communication skills. I can type more than 45 words per minute with accuracy. The most stressfull aspects on the job is when other colleagues are on leave and you have to cover for them as well but I prioritize the tasks and chalked out which task are most urgent. I remain calm and then got the work done strategically, without missing the deadline.

Great opportunity for growth

Arranging traveling bookings for executive stuff and for department's delegates. Coordinating workshops for the branch and liasing with service providers. Preparing for the meeting and all documents for needed for the meeting eg Agenda,Minutes e.t.c Taking minute during the meetings. Managing diary and sensitise my manager about agent meeting. I love travelling the whole country.

Development and exelent organisation culture to enable and paved growth in my field of procurement and supply chain management. The organisation was more targets to improve service for both internal and external clients Challenges implementing supply chain management policies due to lack of planning

Excellent detour

Excellent job security Fulfilling job as we restore the dignity of the dispossessed people by restoring the land Great atmosphere in the workplace Decision making lacking as political interference might jeopardize position i have the complexity of the restitution programme open plan offices where we daily interact with officials i enjoy serving and improving the life of the people The limited budget hampers different programme in fulfilling their mandate

Project Management

My responsibilities ,work with different communities within the rural space of our country to fight poverty and to create job oppotunities. To empower people so they can continue on their own and create their own destiny. The relationship with coworkers is off importance for the environment to be easy becuase we spend most of time in the working environment ,and for coordination of task becuase our work overlapse. I have learned so much ,we costumer care and most of all sense of egency. What i enjoy most is put matter into a documents and later practise what was requested on the document or been implemneted. Most challenging is to resolve conflicts on the communities that one works with ,simply becuase different department will visit and promise and don't deliver.

Pros: Exposure to policy been drafted and implemented.
Cons: service delivery verse the budget
