An entry level position as to contribute my skills and educational experience in projects.

I am working for RTT logistics, 9 hours per day from Monday to Friday. I report to two Business Analysts and we have a good relationship, we are soo open to each other therefor that allows me gain more experience from them now i know how to commence a project and able to manage it.the most important thing that makes me enjoy this job is that am gaining the experience that i really need as an industrial engineer.

Good company with learning curve

Rtt built my career. It recognises ones ability, effort and reward. I just wish the company can register employees from the agents and promote as per qualifications.

Good company with learning curves and opportunities for learnerships but all those certificates can not be used in the company, no promotion nor recognition.

Irreplaceable knowledge and experience gained.

A typical workday is managing the supply chain process of orders and deliveries due for the current day. Management of staff , management of fleet. I have e very good relationship with my fellow workers especially my subordinates as they understand and acknowledge my high level of work ethics. I have learnt that Senior management in companies cannot always be trusted and promises made need to be recorded and documented. They dont always have the company interest at heart but at times their own interest and gain. The fast paced environment and customer satisfaction. Staff absenteeism.

Challenging career

A typical working day is to ensure that all the set operations are handled accordingly. Staff members are well attired in their PPE and roll call of present and absent staff. Listen and follow proto call SOP. Reached the goals for the day are achieved. Teaching staff members and learning at the same time. The challenging aspect of the job is to ensure that all international consignments are in order for shipping and checking again on the borders for clearance.

I have confidence in myself and believe that I will exceed performance for the position I applied for. My characteristics are friendly,honest,reliable,responsible,punctual,and hard-working. I am very dedicated to what I do!My competencies are that I am a fast learner,I work well with people and I have good communications skills. I also work well in a team and individually.
