I'm good team player a hard worker who focus on what I do reach my company goal

Hi all I'm hard worker good team player. I'm good in leadership .im best on my job, I previously awarded big bonuses because I'm good on decreasing claim on wrong stock and damages. I took claims from 3.5m - less than 50k pm at imperial retail logistics.

Pros: I'm best on dealing with deadlines
Cons: I enjoy working under pressure and overtime

Work Experience

Managing staff, compiling reports on daily basis, oversee daily productivity ensuring targets are met. Ensure employees are aligned with procedures and processes in the warehouse. Liaison with the client (Unilever). Ensure accurate data capturing on shipments, paperwork and discrepancy reports. Performing administration/HR duties, timesheets, managing employee file and leave forms. Training staff on SOP. Manning and planning shifts. Do weekly OPS reports, KPI tracker reports and monthly report in a form of a presentation. Creating monthly & weekly working roster for staff. Supervising and leading a team of 9.

Ihave alearnt alot under Rsc the vibe was good ,I really love the team spirit nd my best self determined manager whos doesn't choose sidea it was really nest working wth them

Fast paced environment

We work in a high pressured environment which requires immense focus and attention. I work with a team of goal driven and motivated individuals though things may become complex when differences arise. I have learnt from many of my superiors and subordinates that nothing can be complete without dedication and unity. I have found great pleasure in the learning process in the various departments that I have worked with and the most challenging aspect of the job is diversity awareness and dealing with the different types of personalities.

PLACE FOR GROWTH

we have a day shift and a night shift. I prefer to work day shift because the work goes much quicker. a night shift is dragging. I have learnt a lot through this company, but to get up and know your routine is going to be, is boring for me. I like new and exciting this

Pros: there are only certain people the would consider for growth
Cons: long hours and little pay
