It's rather not that formal like those big mining names. It's more like training centre to me. Working hours are abnormal cause we work contops. Workers are still younger than me so I have to guide them always

Meeting with the various departments based on SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS ON SERVICE TO BE RENDERED. ENSURE COMPLIANCE OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS WITH THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENT. SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT MEETING. BEE STAKEHOLDER PRESENTATIONS AND MEETINGS. SHARE INFORMATION ON NEW PRODUCTS FROM SUPPLIERS.WORKING WITH THE DIFFERENT TYPES AND INDIVIDUALS. ATTEND PRODCUTION MEETINGS, GIVE FEEDBACK ON OUTSTANDING ITEMS OR SERVICE. INFORM THE TEAM OF ANY VOILATITY IN THE SUPPLY SPACE THAT MAY AFFECT THE OPERATIONS.

No development

A great company with great people . The is a lack of development and management tends not to care about employees complaints. I enjoyed working relationships with both senior and junior employees. Challenges that come everyday is lack of urgency and compliance from employees. You have to run after them or punish them to get things done

Gaining a great deal of knowledge

A typical work day for me would be a strong cup of coffee to start my day following with checking up on emails, follow-ups, admin and the status of my SAP workflow. This also helps me to outline my day and prioritise my day accordingly. My relationship with my co-works is one with respect and working together for betterment of out company. I have learnt that in my line of work result and ethics (which I feel very strongly about) are key! I enjoy being able to make a difference as well as my high negotiating skills as I have managed to save our mine money and deliver on the highest quality products while doing so. Satisfying the end-users in an ethical manner is the greatest challenge.
