I am a supervisor for a coal plant,my responsibilities include budget control,planning,spares control and resource utilization,Quality control plans to minimize re-work and team development through coaching and performance and development review.

Excellent learning curves, able to work with a team, self driven and can work under pressure

I'm able to cope when working with colleagues, and can handle conflict at wok, I have learnt to listen other peoples views before responding, and that gives me ample time to respond positive.

Do it right for the 1st time

I am buhle qualified fitter and turner I am hard worker who is willing to learn more about engineering industry i am 28 years old I am willing to relocate international,I have learned lot about turbine machines on how to generate electricity and I have learned more about hydraulic system

Great opportunity to develop

I have been involved in many aspects of the steam turbine and generator overhaul through disassembly refurbishment and reassembly and manufacturing new components which in most cases are to very fine tolerance

Pros: A company that has given me a platform to understand and contribute to power generation
Cons: I just wanted to change and take on new challenges

Accuracy is mandatory.

It is quite a good company to work for . It has a good culture of team work and thorough checks and inspections done during and after the job has been done. Everyone is a team player and is free to share their ideas and opinions.. I have learnt that a job with a loving heart is done perfectly. Zero defects on quality are achieved and there is always no room for mistakes. I have enjoyed a safe and happy working environment . The most challenging aspects of the job are that everything done is accurately recorded and signed for .

Pros: Excellent learning systems- undergoing plenty job related courses.
Cons: Long working hours during dismantling and assembling .

Can work with anyone. Always willing to learn. Team worker and will go the extra mile. I can handle conflict and can take leadership and work under pressure and make decisions if need to. Now how to communicate between clients and workers. I enjoy being part of a team and enjoy achieving goals and like challenges.

Pros: Production Bonus and 13th cheque. Days to bank.
Cons: No promotions. 16 to 18 hours work. But can still manage.
