Worked from 7am to after 5pm. Following up with people who were absent. Chasing after claims in order to meet deadlines. Relationship was alright little frustrating at times Challenging times, dealing with lack of professionalism

I have learned good people skill, and how to work well with my bosses and colleagues

i secure appointments with HEAD of Departments from different high schools I have great relatiopnship with my Co-workers from my team and other departments since we need each other often in order for us to reach our targets I have learned good people skill, and how to work well with my bosses and colleagues, to work in a multi-cultural company, Delivering great presentation when the other team member is not pulling weight, and i have to rely on them to do my job

Excellent learning curve

I am a young female who graduated in 2016 in Information Technology and i am currently doing my final year degree still in information technology. i am a fast learner, hard working and have good communication and interpersonal skills. i am looking for an opportunity to gain experience and improve my skills, also further my career in any industry. i am ready to be part of the corporate world and i would really love to be given a chance to prove myself and deliver my duties as i will be required to. i love working in teams since it helps us learn from each others's mistakes. through my work experience, i learnt how to work in teams, how to behave within a particular environment and i also learnt how to treat others in order for them to treat you good too. I enjoy working and building good relationships with people. Thank you in advance

Its an amazing starting opportunity in corporate.

My typical day at work is quite busy ,needs someone who is a peoples person and can hold a conversation when assisting new employees fill in their recruitment documents.My relationship with the my co-workers is quite professional and fun at the same time.I learned the following: File management: Auditing existing files Archiving Maintenance of the filing room Payroll APS Usage: Loading of IC Annexures on APS Generate P4s – IC’s & BA’s Resolution of payroll queries – IC’s (Independent Contractor) Engagement of New Employees - APS Usage: Loading new staff on Educos Vision (APS) Checking vacant org pos numbers I enjoyed being in the actual workplace and seeing how everything is done in the department as a whole. The challenges i had was using the Educos system in the beginning and then it just became a walk in the park with more practice and tasks being done on the system.

Pros: Its an amazing platform to start ones career path
Cons: Its long working hours , but its worth it.

Good experience

In the company that i work in, we are given tasks individually or in teams.The is high communication between the employees and the employers therefore that makes the working environment much easier and understandable.

Excellent learning curve

I work day to day really well with Luther students . I am a good listener and build a communication channel with other students . Rosebank College gives a platform for students to explore , grow and succeed . The hours that I attend are reasonable .

Good team working environment

On normal day we work flexible hours but work allocation yea you over worked specially when its assessment week. The relationship with co workers was really not bad but the problem is some they can't work under pressure and take advice from one another I have learnt to work on steady pace to meet my deadlines I enjoyed most dealing with students face to face for consultations. The most challenging aspect of this job is to comply timetable with venues

Good listener,honest,and problems solver,honest

When a manager is frustrated from home ,and started shouting to the employees I am open minded person ,can go along with anyone at work place. I have learn to communicate with people of different cultures and attitude. I enjoy communicating with people also administration work,I also enjoy to finish my task on time without supervision.Challenging aspect of my work is when i have to handover people though i know that they wont be able to afford the payments.

Good teaching

Good working,they are so carring always motivate,I've learnt to do my work on time to avoid errors,we had good relationship,what I enjoyed the most is that they give u time to do your work on time and they're no challenges
