I was responsible for all activities in the kitchen. Previous experience of working in a professional kitchen I earned that it is always good to learn new thing and Ideas.Team work is key to success in the kitchen. The importance off communicating is also one of the factors that maintains the success of the business, eg. when disciplining an employee, it is important to do it in a way that will not affect his productivity of the day. I mostly enjoy cooking in a clean environment and working with passionate people whom are trustworthy. Order supplies and report to the head of the establishment.Ensure the serving of quality culinary dishes and on schedule Ensure that no problem arises during serving; if any, it should be rectified quickly

Road lodge was a good company to me the time i a working the because there is a team work good communications good service to our clients or customers all in time if the is something that give us problem we deal with it without conflict
