Good house keeping

Hi my name is Siboniso Gabela. I'm a hard working person. And l like to work as merchandiser cause of my experience in retailing. I started to work at Makro for 5years as merchandisers now im with RMS working at builders warehouse. And i have code 10 drivers licence with pdp.

Pros: I would like to increase my monthly salary
Cons: Long working hours

Great place to work

Rms is a great company to work for, as the team dynamic makes you feel part pf a family and everybody is always available for advise and help. Management is very understanding and will always listen if you encounter any problems.

Pros: Fair employer

A nice environment to work in where colleagues encourage productivity

I love my company cause they gave me an opportunity no company did before and to prove that I can do a good job my supervisors will answer to that any time of the day

Cons: Cheerful and always happy,,silly mistakes are what I learn from and how I keep my guard up

The job itself gives a good opportunity for learning.

It is great to work with other employees. The hours are reasonable. The growth opportunity is not that great. There is a lot of work pressure but not much appreciation coming from the management. I enjoy the fact that one has space and opportunity to challenge yourself.

Value their employees

High pressure environment, getting out deliveries on time, sorting out queries, machine breakdowns, crane breakdowns, etc... We have an open-door policy, meaning that any issue you’re faced with can be taken to your superior / colleagues for advice. This creates a pleasant working environment for all, as everyone makes the effort and gets along. That you can accomplish so much more by having a team rather than a star player. I have learnt that I thrive under pressure. The fast pace environment. Shuffling around orders and deliveries as per site requirements.
