Currently studying my first year of my Bcom General Degree at Regent Business School in Durban, KZN. I would highly appreciate a part time job. I do have my license and own vehicle

Pros: there’s an opportunity to further my studies
Cons: Time is needed from work to study for exams

Excellent learning curve.

We download assignments from the system, print and batch all submitted assignments and sent them to the markers, when they return from the markers we do quality assurance ensuring that student are given the marks that they deserve, we capture assignment marks to the system sending the feedback to the students. My relationship with my Co-workers is perfect we are like a family. I have learned alot in terms of managing the 4 programmes that I am handling currently. I enjoy sharing ideas and earning experience. The most challenging aspect is that the remuneration is far below as compared to what is expected and the workload that we always have.

Cons: Short time for lunch

Regent is a good company but sometimes there is management in certain regents who are bios an does not act fairly .senoir managemeny needto make sureall staagistreatedtje same

Good learning curve

It's been an interesting time at Regent Business School. You get the freedom to perform within your position but the support is lacking which prevents you from achieving goals and there's too many cooks and no clear direction.

Pros: Pay is good for mid to senior positions
Cons: No clear objective
