Excellent working enviroment

Liasing with current clients and prospective clients via emails and telephonically. Booking school presentations with major decision makers at school. Doing presentations at schools. Booking interviews with prospective clients. Dealing with queries and enquiries. Retaining current clients, make sure that clients are happy. Working with colleagues to make sure that registered clients are enrolled on crm system. Working close together with co-workers to make sure that clients expectations are met. I learned that word of mouth is the most powerful methode of marketing. So you need to ensure that clients have exceptional experience. I have enjoyed working different types of people, different backgrounds and cultures. Every day comes with a different experience with the different people you meet. The most challenging part of the job is working closely with a students and loans are being declined and student can not afford to study towards there dream.

Great fast paced workplace

Great experience from the workplace. Good environment to be in. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. There is a spirit of team work. Company is very results oriented. Fast paced. One needs to be on top of their game. Knw your targets and attain these. Enjoy assisting students in getting enrolled within the institution.

I'm a good learner

I'm kind, friendly, shy ,talkative sometimes ,I'm a fast learner I know how to do my work correctly should i get this job I have an experience of administration I was working at regenesys business school while I was on my school holidays my skills : office work,Ms word :customer service with students, staff and external customers : internal and external communication : Direct sales and financial management.

Great learning process

I have started working for Regenesys as Skills Development Facilitator from 2013. The duties will involve implementation of Skills Interventions, manage the ETQA process until the certification of learners. i will travel also to different clients locations to facilitate on Learnership and Skills Interventions if required. Assess and Moderate Portfolios and coordinate SETA's External Moderation to certify learners. I have moved to Senior Facilitator position to teach also on the CHE Accredited Programmes i.e. Higher Certificate in Business Management etc. In 2015, I was promoted to manage our ETQA Department as a ETQA Specialist. That involved evaluating our current learning programme, accrediting new programmes and manage ETQA functions.

Relationships with colleagues

The company needs better planning and scheduling. Improvement in employees relations are necessary. Treatment of employees needs improvement. Otherwise, the company could be great to work for.

I would appreciate to get full time job because i'm part time at Regenesys Business School

i like team work not one position assisting another department working extra hours if possible, i like to see my self growing so that one day i will open my own company

Learning opportunities

Given opportunity to study MBA, started as an intern, working all the way to material development coordinator. My typical working day starts from 8:30 until 5:30 with one-hour lunch break. Our relationship with other co-workers is moderate in a sense that professionalism is always kept above our thoughts. I have been given the opportunity to further my studies by doing my MBA while working as a full-time employee. Currently busy with thesis before I graduate in April of this year. I enjoy mostly our flexible working hours, as at times, one can work from home when the need arises. Also the support we get from our manager has been second to none.

Personal growth & new job prospects

Mostly energetic person and deal with clients concerns on a daily basis and trying to come up with solutions. Always creating a sense of caring to our clients by making follow up call and calling new prospective clients. Working in an environment, where we are always hands on but at the same time sharing a few laughs and learning from each other. The best outcome of the day for me is having put a smile on our clients face and knowing that I do not have backlogs in terms of my daily administration. The most difficult or challenging part of the job is failing to deliver, what I know I am supposed to and I always make sure I try to do better next time.
