I am the person who adapt quick and willing to learn outside the box

As i am still a junior engineer we work two shifts (Morning shift and Night shift), we work nine hours.So far i have learnt so many things in the company, things such as, maintenance plan on TMMs,attending breakdowns, servicing the machines,do inspections on the machine,ventilating underground,maintenance of conveyor belt and chairlifts.Working for the company is quite giving an interest to me as in builts more skills to me,the only challenging is that i do not want to build my whole career in the mining industory as mines are closing. I also have an experience in supervising and managing as i once acted as a foremen and by the time I was doing my P1 and P2 i use to act as production supervisor, i do have communication skill as i use to work in the control room communicating with people underground.

Pros: In what ever i do i always put my effort and make sure that it is complete on the required or expected time.
Cons: I do work long hours and i am a hard worker as i sometimes use to volontee to work on Saturdays

Excellent opportunity to gain experience and to push your career to a higher level

Review of existing controls and implementation of new controls in the finance environment. Coordination of daily financial activities including payments through petty cash and EFT. Ensure the accurate and timeous capturing of transactions on procurement/financial systems. Work closely with senior management. Maintenance of management accounts. Analyse and interpret variances between actual and budgeted/forecasted results. Month end reporting to management on actual and forecasted performance (KPI’s). Weekly forecasting on budgets vs actual financial performance with explanations on variances.

I have an artisan's eyes and strongly working ethic.I offer experience innovation,leadership,positive attitude,creativity,problem solving,hard worker and time management. I can also work in under pressure.i exposured opportunity during my training program of stripping and assembling gearboxes and pumps at hydraulics i did reading drawings and troubleshooting and planet maintenance as well as underground equipments e.g water loader and locomotive with conveyor

Hard worker and quickly learns new skills

Good company with great learning opportunities and gives good experience to people who are willing to learn new things and master them in order to success in life so its a goot time but i need new exposure as a young guy
