Great exposure
It was awesome working and learning in that company. Worked from 7 am till 4 pm. I learned maintenance and calibrating plant equipment and working in a hazardous environment. Safety aspects and working under pressure. I still talk to the guys I worked with we had a great working environment. The work and after work activities were the best. The challenging part was having to work not being paid enough it was a struggle.
Pros: Great benefits if you are permanently employed

Good day I like to me about the work I hour done and I worked very hard to reach my work doe early because learned a lot when coming to sad Administration work was well conducted at all times.

Excellent learning curve
Working as an Electrical apprentice has taught me a lot and now I have an Institutionalized training certificate and able to read and draw electrical drawings. I am able to work as an individual and in a team. I am able to think and come up with ideas where needed. I am also keen to learn and not afraid of challenges.
Pros: Great to work as a semi skilled electrician

Rand water allows for growth
A day at Rand Water as a project manager is challenging , the people are friendly , learning is easy as there is always someone to ask questions when you do not understand. I have learnt how to work with people in a project team.The most challenging thing however is is working with contractors who are not fully equipped to do work at times.
Pros: Great enviroment to grow in areas where one might have lacked previously. Rand water is a great place to develop skills.

Flexibility
Slow work culture, Flexibility to work, people tend to suck up for promotion, learnt a lot on the water purification process. the challenging part of my job is getting people to do their work and keep to deadlines

Excellent learning curve
On a personal level, I am not afraid to confront authority and report any potential safety issues and control any hazards as required. Furthermore, I work well with others and willingly cross train colleagues so as to extend my knowledge across the whole team.
