I was there for experience

I, Phephile Mtshali am a hardworking individual who has learnt to work with different types of people and in all types of working conditions. I do as I am told on time so that I do not fall behind with extra work for later on. I have worked in call centres previously and I can say that they have given me an elevating experience when it comes to customer services, Customer Relations and working together with people.

Pros: the company is reputable and well known
Cons: Doesnt pay well for late Shift

Excellent kickstart to my career

Quest was a brilliant company to kickstart my career. I have grown within the company is the time that I have been at Quest and have been promoted several times. Quest has enabled me to be agile in my everyday dealings and taught me that there are always better ways of doing things. one of the things I enjoyed the most was the exposure to every department allowing me to broaden my way of thinking. I now know that there is no task too big or too small. The most challenging part of the job were the changes to the industry which made it hard to change your business model almost overnight to a sustainable solution.

I have grown so much and had the opportunity to work with remarkable individuals.

a typical work day would be getting to work - checking all emails. I then go to all the floors and do a roll call to ensure everyone is there and Team Leader provide me with feedback on absence and late coming. I love working with all the individuals and being part of their lives and being able to help them. I have learn to be much more patient although is a challenge now and then when staff is not honest and you would need to reprimand them.

Retention experience

Very busy at times, retention is great if you know what you are doing, existing client base makes it easier to connect and sell to clients, hardcore objection handling.

Excellent working period

Its a great working place to be it opens closed door in wanting more by working hard, being dedicative into wanting more, being promoter from one place to another.
