GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE

-Working at my current company is strenuous and challenging but its all experiential. -My co-workers are good people and its not that much of a hustle to work with them. -I have learned a lot about different meat product their processes of being made and the quality behind all that. - I enjoy doing quality checks and admin work. - Challenging aspects customer complains and Good manufacturing practices.

Pros: Possibility for growth, positions
Cons: Long working hours and weekends

Gaining experience at all angles

Multi tasking in various department, technical, training and production department, its very hectic and times but enjoy working with different people it equip me in so many different levels at once

Pros: U can gained experience not promotion as they prefer outsiders
Cons: Not that much if some department are on night shift , then I have to waitcfir them an hour over time to grg them trained on our monthly SOP

Was not a healthy work environment

Retrenched was not a healthy work environment very long hours and no room for promotion alot happening at the moment as the company is undergoing strategic planning and retrenching over half the staff suspect they shall be shutting down

Pros: Good learning experience personal growth
Cons: Restricted improvement

Excellent learning curve

I'M a fast learner, energetic and team player. work well with a team and also independent. I'm a result orientated. Fixing, fault finding, maintenance

Pros: Great opportunity to grow
