Excellent Learning experience

Fairly different from other companies I have worked in. Premium products which Require different focus. I enjoyed meeting the Team and becoming one of them. I am happy that I fitted in but also that I was able to make a difference and contribute largely. I was given a new territory to cover, it was exciting meeting new people and expanding the footprint of my company.

Pros: Good family orientated business.
Cons: Not enough recognition for those who stand out.

Horticulturist

I am a very hard worker, strong in princ I wish to make a good impression with you. You can look at my CV for information regarding this. I get along well with my staff. But I have my off days too. A typical work day starts early. I do enjoy seeing my plants grow, but that is not a guarantee until I have the proof. That's the most challenging part of my work and schedule too

Pros: This is my first time applying for a job here, so I hope this finds whoever well
Cons: Long hours for sure, but it will be worth while

Quick learner

Challenges drive you Excellent learning curve Interacting with fo witjers Being provocative is an advantage. Good to understand coworkers cultural ha kground. Getting to know new things everyday.

Pros: Great working opportunity
Cons: Not having the opportunity to work with lots of people
