Am a fast learner and able to work as a team
I love working as a team cause working, because an individual can't know all things like when you are doing break downs the is many challenges that you meet but if you are two it's easy to over come the problem cause you share the idea, The relationship with my co-workers its very good we are a family we respect one another regardless how old you are and we share the information and we help one another What I have learnt since I started mechanic is that you won't know everything so you must keep on studying and doing research cause technology is growing each and every day and the other thing that I have learnt is to be patient and that I must believe in myself all the time and that if you Dnt know you must ask I enjoy seeing the vehicle that I have worked on it does not come back with a breakdown or a defect and I enjoy getting my hands dirty for a good thing The challenging part is when you take the vehicle to a test and it fails and you know that you did everything but still it fails
Pros: This is an opportunity for Myself to change my life and to go to a new environment and get to know other people and to be at the new workshop

Excellent
I wish to apply for the position of Artisan diesel mechanic as I have relevant experience in the post Nd ambitious and enjoy my work. Have great communication and mechanical skills. My current position is as I work as an Artisan diesel mechanic
Pros: Is a great company to work with just that I need change
Cons: Eight hours a day Nd two hours overtime eveeryday

It's been great learning experience
It's been a great experience working for a big company like Putco, it has given me so many challenges that comes with experience in me a learning curve that I will never forget. I've learned to work as team player, under and without a supervision and still managed to produce a good job required from me by my bosses. Hope going forward I'll be able to produce the same mentorship to the company and people I'll will be working for or with, when or given the opportunity to do so!

Excellent learning curve
Great working environment provide you with the experience as a diesel mechanic because it deals with buses with different type of engines .it's a job from Monday to Friday 7 to 4 . excellent relationship with co workers.learnt a lot about diesel mechanic..most challenging aspect of the job is that we use hard labour no relevant tools to work with

Excellent learning curve
I was doing an apprenticeship at Putco for three years as an auto electrician,I started my apprenticeship on November 2014 and completed it on August 2017,I did qualify as an Auto Electrician on August 2017,during my apprenticeship I was doing rewiring, diagnose with a laptop and manually,reading electrical circuits,fault finding,assembling and disassembling alternator and starter,Now I'm working as an artisan assistant here in putco and I'm still doing the same thing that I was doing when I was an apprentice,rewiring, fault finding,diagnose with a laptop and manually,assembling and disassembling starters and alternators are my daily jobs,I'm enjoying to do rewiring,I like challenges and I like to learn new things,fault finding its challenging,but its nice because you learn each an every circuit when you do it

Learning curve
It is exciting cause everyday i get new problem from the drivers defecting buses. I excell in problem solving and i always get praises from my colleques and my subodenates after problem solving.i always have 12 students under my department who i take them to task individualy everyday to make sure they gain and progress in mechanics.

Fast learner
It's always an interesting day to work on due to meeting new challenges, we always do something different because we learn all kinds of staff with the bus that we work on. My co workers are always encouraging and pushing is to the right direction, teaches us new tricks and how to deal with faults found or diagnosed. Since I have started this career, I have learnt to reflect on the job that I do just to do it better, I have learnt to work faster and alone at times. Mostly I enjoy fault finding because it challenges you to think, and solve any problem that you come across and mostly working directly on engines subassembly

I have learned a lot from Putco busy.
Start working at 03:0 am intill 12 which makes it 9hours a day.over time sometimes..i would lie I enjoy working for Putco bus,but it's about time I grow,about time to start afresh.meanting new faces nd people..i have learned a lot from Putco.learn he to fault find testing different components and completing my job in time
