Excellent learning curve

Handling the administration, receptional duties, client meetings, consultant meetings, medical book queries, all servicings done by clients to their products, paraplanning, all clients yearlu reviews(approx 400 clients). Situated in a small office as the broker I work for chooses to work from her house' s office. I am looking for growth opportunities and a company that will help me grow as I am a hard worker and have no doubt that I will give my all.

Pros: Incredible learning curve, I enjou the industry and enjoy the freedom of implementing new systems for the office on a daily/weekly basis.
Cons: No growth opportunities within branch, no available positions at other branches suitable opended as of yet, little benefits and small salary.

No room for growth

I'm a client oriented individual, learn quickly, do not find difficulty in adapting to change. Self managed, I can work under pressure. Claims environmental is always busy and stressful. I can manage my time well. I'm a team player, enjoy interacting with people

The way I see myself

I enjoy working with clients, and I always put the needs of the client first, I am a self-motivated and positive person, I always treat my co workers with respect the way I want them to treat me, The thing I love most about my job is to see a happy satisfied client. And the most challenging is to keep the business on the books, once you lost a client you cant get them back, and it is not always easy to replace them. Hope you will consider me for a interview.
