Great starter

Great sense of family you feel at home, no personal growth can't move up the company. Management is sometimes slow in dealing with complaints makes dealing with guests difficult, if you not a take charge kind of person, one might find the environment not satisfactory

Pros: Builds create character and great work ethic
Cons: Less personal growth

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot being In The hospitality industry, but one department I’d choose out of all of them is reception. My time as a receptionist was amazing. I realized that I enjoy interacting with people . On a typical work day I would have to perform duties for each department depending on where I am . My relationship with my co workers was fantastic I encouraged team work all the time , we respected each other .

Pros: Great environment to learn
Cons: They should really respect and value their staff members because those people work hard .
