Learned alot.

--Prepare the system for users, assist with queries they might have with password reset logins not working, assist with billing system for municipalities, assit where I can. -Co-workers and I have a very good relationship, we get along very well. -How SAGE Evolution works, how each of the modules work. -Helping people and get to know the people within the organization I worked and build a strong working relationship with them. -My own company's management.

Pros: Meeting new people, get in contact with top management at a company/muncipality
Cons: Company don't understand you have a life too.

Always a learning curveAbility

Ability to communicate and strong technical background. High safety standards and always meets production targets. Focus on development and improving the knowledge of standard of subordinates.

New Space, New Challenges, New Culture.

The last major corporate I worked in was at Globacom Nigeria. I managed a team of 5 regional managers and an ops team of 25. I had an excellent relationship with a lot of interaction with the team as a crucial part of the portfolio was skills transfer regarding CRM and OPS management. Being a South African in a foreign country, the culture and thinking patterns of the local team was most interesting . A typical day involved, addressing assurance and provisioning issues as per SLA. Most enjoyable part of job was customer interaction and visits. The most challenging portion of portfolio was creating an ability to survive in an environment with minimum or no resources.

Good

- my days are all about the little one i look after. To make sure she is fine and overall her well being -my relationship with my co-workers are fantastic i really enjoy her company and we work well together -i have learnt how to look after a child and many responsibilities aswell as PA responsibilities -I enjoy doing all of the PA work - There are no challenges in being an au pair if you are good at your job

Leadership

Hello My name is William Dyantyi. I would like to apply for an IT website design intern position. I hold qualifications in IT including Matric and a valid driver's license. I have not been able to secure employment in the IT field since I acquired my qualifications, however I have been working for myself fixing computers, doing up-grades, networking, etc. I would be happy if I could be given a chance to break into the IT because I have a passion for it and would like to study further and grow within my chosen field. Growth by default

i had a flexible working environment and friendly atmosphere. We were a family though colleagues. just like any family, there will be at some point quarrels and misunderstandings. nevertheless did that affected our days negatively. life at work would continue as normal. open door policy afforded us with a go to work attitude. you wouldn't want to miss a day at work, the giggles and teasing just like brothers and sisters would do. I have learned to make sure i get the best out of work responsibility because it is rewarding. Development depends on you and the environment you create. I found myself being an office manager and HR consultant, Employee wellness facilitator from just being an Office administrator in less than two years. I guess i enjoyed the most challenging aspects in my job because i had to design and implement my own. Success depended on me as the owner of that project. - these things i designed, created and implemented.

Pros: Learning and development, recognition, trust
Cons: My phone never stopped ringing even mid night - that's what it means to be in a Project & Engineering environment :-)

Preservience is key

I'm currently unemployed. My last job I worked for a family with a little boy. I connect with people and have a bubbly personality, no altercations with anyone. All ended on good terms. I've learned to be patient and more willing to learn things. Also eager to go that extrange mile to push myself and keep pushing myself to strive for better!

Pros: Good life learning lessons.
Cons: Having to go home and do the same thing over again.

Excellent Learning Curve

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN GILLIAN CAMPBELL CODNER ID 720505 026 708 5 joined the Company in March 2015 as PA and Administrator. During her time with us she was reliable, honest and loyal. Her disposition was amiable and inter-personal skills commendable, even under pressure. Excellent learning and working environment

The company facilitate, assess, moderate on first aid Level 1, 2, and 3 and health and safety courses. Assess all the modules for Document C and the Accredited Trainings as required by Health and Welfare SETA. Train Anglo Gold Ashanti Miners in Africa, Monitor and orientate new instructors. Design and develop Training Material and deal with industrial first aid trainings. Train first aid for project s such as UK and National Lottery.
