A great place to grow

A typical day at work consists of touching base with people working on my projects so that I can informally assess whether their are any issues that need my attention. I then usually spend an hour or two doing emails followed by completing my to do list. In between I am also in a few internal meetings to discuss other issues in the business. I also go to site frequently where I assess which out of home media inventory we're going to assign to that shopping centre for sales purposes.

Excellent Working Environment

Primedia Instore sells media for placement inside stores like Dischem, Pick'n Pay etc. Great working environment. The culture encouraged flexibility and innovation.

Pros: Media House. Culutre open door, sales, launches promotion from within in sales positions, excellent commission structure
Cons: volatility to market conditions hence marketing budgets

I have great relationships

I have a small team in KZN We work very well together on campaign I oversees all aspects of work carried out I deal with the Mall and Centre Management I typical work day for me is always different I love the rush of a new campaign going up and how I will analyze it and also enjoy doing my report on the creative I love working with people. I have great relationships with my team and external role players I encounter I have learnt to work with all races and personalities. I also have been given the opportunity to make decisions and to utilize my budget and it feels really good to be valued and heard. My challenges are not being able to fix everything because mistakes happen and we have to deal with them together. I love my job
