Reach given task, always participate on task I have good relationship to my colleagues,I have learnt how to manufacture a product interpret the drawing I enjoy every job that i am doing,but the challenges maybe occurred if there is new design of a task.

A good platform to bring knowledge in to practice

The ability to solve manufacturing challenges, using Industrial Engineering tools. Skills are utilised fully for the growth of production. Lean manufacturing is one of the tools we use to minimise waste, reduce labour cost, where as improving productivity and increasing the profit along the process. Continues Improvement as a tool also help to put more focus process focus and improvement.

Pros: Great environment to learn
Cons: Having to communicate with different languages since most general workers are uneducated
