I would like to be an asset for the company and not just a liability
we work as individual mostly and as a team sometimes , when we fixed / retch a target they buy for us a launch ,i have learn how to use a computer like word,excell ,emails and etc. Good management and co-worker , having more work to do was the hardest part of the job but the most enjoyable part of the job is that you not working alone , we work as a team , a learned a lot in IT department and i gained useful experience. Friendly environment; Premium Ideas taught me to be true to myself and to go for what I want; The staff is very friendly and fun to be around; The hardest part of the job in the beginning was having to dismiss them after knowing them for years. The work was very secure and very productive there was no fun as you have to take your work serously and there was no half days on a weekend and holidays, there were no braai for casuals.
Pros: Get to meet and conversate with different people on all levels. can learn alot

working well with co workers, sometimes its difficult when you have different views on situations. i enjoy working on the serer even though i am still learning. i learned to work on MCAFEE EPO server and deploy systems remotely and install the antivirus.
Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: i've worked long hours before when there is a lot of maintenance to be done.

Excellent learning curve
I am working at a great company with great team, we work together as a team to accomplish one goal. I've learnt different skills from all my senior technicians, one of then which is time management. I am working different shifts and I enjoy more working on breakdowns because that's what giving more opportunity to learn. Although there's pressure of pushing production but all in all I am enjoying what I do.

Good, but not my fieldwork or career path that I choose
of I work shifts five days in printing and telecommunications, logistics currently I am machine operator my relationship with management is good I have learned few things such as automation operator.

Am willing to learn more nd explore my self in big companies and having my own business one.
AM working under pressure not having a say because am the tempo, am doing a lot of work but am rating under R20 per hour. I have good relationship with my colleagues & my supervisor too. I have learn to be more humble & perseverance. I enjoy exercising and working.

Loyal and hard working person
I am a target driven person I believe in team work there is no I do things by myself I enjoy it when there is new projects that need to be work on and implemented. i am a hands on person and believe that more hands make light work I am currently working in an fast moving goods environment and are part in the decision making regarding product specks and continuous improvements. Have a great relation ship with all my staff that is reporting into me I am involve in the training for the operators and ensure that justifications is done accordingly.
Pros: Diversified open door policy room for development opertunity to in diffent plants of the company.
Cons: weekend work no tranport provided if over time is needed.

Premium Ideas is a good company to work for employees grow with in this company
Premium Ideas is a good company they allow their employees to grow basically they send them to school to further their studies and they also give you a change to learn speaking from my experience I started off as a scanner and ended up being a warehouse supervisor they pay you a good salary I left them and went back a again basically I went back for the 3rd time finding myself working in finance knowing nothing got one year experience in finance as a administrator honestly I learned a lot

Excellent learning opportunity
Learn to work with others. Having communication skills, having interpersonal skills, and analytical skills. Learning to work under pressure while the customer's are waiting for the feedback. Learning to develop good relationship with suppliers. Learning to have good communication with our suppliers.
