I have at at blue Ribbon bakery as shift supervisor and shift manager

As an experienced baker and shift production manager, I oversee the whole industrial production procedure ensuring the owners value and a healthy return on investment. I have a thorough understanding of throughputs and targets. Under my leadership the team met their deadlines times on a daily basis. I did Invocom training to review the previous day’s production line. I do couching, training of staff and have a strong peoples skills, communication skills (verbal and written), focus and attention to detail, accountability among my talents. With almost 20 years’ experience as Foreman in two factories and as Supervisor. I am a natural leader and manager. My responsibility included cost control, quality management and industrial relations.

I'm experienced in order picking, stock control, warehouse and distribution control.

A typical work day consisted of the following: Invocoms (team meeting) at the beginning of shift to access our daily goals any obstacles and discuss ways to overcome them, Attend cross functional Invocoms (all dept heads) to align each dept in order to achieve our daily goals and targets, Attend meetings as and when required, daily stock counts - start and end of shift, investigating and rectifying variances in stock, Ensuring that health and safety procedures are followed, Checking of loaded vehicles, Authorization of all picking lists for invoicing, ensuring all vehicles are in suitable condition to be loaded, ensuring all orders are in full and delivered on time, Run order valuation reports and action, supervise and attend to all staff queries, Working at this company was great due to the fact that everyday posed a different challenge and with the support of all team members we were able to overcome these challengers, not only on site but within the region and other regions as well.

Pros: the company invested alot of time in training and developing staff for promotions
Cons: due to the nature of the business everyday was a working day 24/7, 364 days a year (except Christmas day) if you were supposed to be on shift.

Excellent for career initiation

It was a good company to work for, team work is most emphasised ,spirit of togetherness , information sharing .what I enjoy the most is that we don't compromise for quality. As lab technician i ensure the accuracy and that the results are confirming with the specification. I learnt how to take decision, work independently

Excellent

I have worked in an office for more than two years where I gained experience performing general office duties such as answering phones, setting up appointments, answering questions and providing visitors with basic information. I also greeted visitors with a smile and friendly attitude and helped to create a pleasant and welcoming environment. I have lots of experience working with computers and I have extensive knowledge of MS programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Spreadsheets. I can type data fast and accurately. I also have very strong spelling, grammar and editing skills. I can follow detailed instructions given verbally or in writing and I am a fast learner. I have experience using scanners, fax machines and electronic filing systems.

Team building excersize

checking emails and customer queries and leads and follow ups for new customers. discussions with co workers try help each other if we need any help for new queries. working as a team makes work more easy and more excitement. winning over new customers and achieving goals and targets. is winning back customers that was lost to competitors due to poor service delivery.

Excellent communication, and supervisory skill, computer skill

I like working with people and supervising the , I can mostly work under pressure until I meet the deadline, I have learnt to respect people so you can be a strong team, I have mostly enjoyed to hold invocoms so I can I have strong relationship with my c-workers
