Its a company that has opportunities to grow within

a typical day at work is when we short staffed with lots of enquiries to work through,my relationship with co-workers is a healthy relationship. I have learnt more on how to contain myself emotionally and how to cope with extreme work pressures I enjoy the mini activities we do monthly to distress at work and my challenges are understanding the medical world frequent changes

Extremely stressful environment

Personally, the only value add at PPS is experience. It is an environment we're growth is not nurtured, hence high staff turnover. The long hours and staff morale very demotivated got to any optimistic newcomer. Benefits offered for management are great, not staff.

Excellent learning curve.

The company arranges trips to the first 20 performers.Plus the incentives and bonuses building a formidable work partnerships.Nobody can believe it when countries lile Asian countries,European abd visiting the great China.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion if you reach a target for six months respectively
Cons: Long working hours plus traveling

Work days are hectic due to capacity constraints co-workers are great and we all work as a team which helps with targets Each day has different challenges - always putting out fires Client complaints take a lot of time

Great learning

Typical day at work is investigating errors, doing reconciliations to put the clientbinto the correct position giving feedback to different stake holders telephonically or written. Relationship with co workers is good I have learnt alot about the investment industry as a whole as the company was my 2nd job after graduating. I enjoy the investigating and the analytical skills gains. Also the client satisfaction after a case has been resolved. The most challenging is the lack of traning and lack of support.
