Exellent to work for and to build expiriece

What i have learned and gained in expierence thought me alot.Working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.Having to work in a family type enviroment great to understand each other on a working level.

Already sell myself on my motivational letter but all i can say is i have been with a company for three years on that three years i have two years working as apprentice but now am working for the company under contract

My learnership was very good I ve learned a lot an gained lot of knowledges ..I was able to communicate well with the staff and my managers seek for assistance where i lack ...able to learn more each and everyday ...striving for the componey benefit and i was reliable in every duties i was given

Great multi tasking skills

Keeping Records of incoming & outgoing goods.  Operating the Granulator machine  Stock receiving &Transfer with Requisition, STO, GRV  Reporting any irregularities to production manager.  Keeping effective communication with other departments.  Compile a report of reject/scrap figures on daily bases.  Follow up on unrequested used Regrind goods.

Cons: 40 Hours a week

Good learning curve

It's good company nd the is growth but u mst well know person talking person , salary it's not bad but u have to work long hours to make good money nd it's paid weekly tht one thing nice about cz u always have money weekly.

Pros: The great opportunity of growth cz u study to get promotion on the company
