Very productive and quick learner

Every day for me is a new chalange that is why I believe in planning my day ahead the previous day. I do have a good understanding with all my co-workers because I am involved in almost all op the departments in the company. In the many years in this company I learned alot eg. stock controlling, managing subordinates and controlling and moving physical inventory inside of the company. I enjoy chalanges and acieving my goals. The biggest challange of my job is the fact that everything I do in the company is very crutual and that the finance department rely on those figures and reports I provide them.

Pros: Great learning experiances.
Cons: No real cons exept for the fact that my work require all my attention.

Good learning curve

Good relationship with co worker . Customer service friendy . Good learning curve for people with no experience. Retail be change the way you take tge employee for granted. Retail can teach people lot of things . Tge interactions with customers from varies backgrounds give you a sense pf what you miggt deal with if you pursue a career in tge customers service industry.

Excellent learning curve

I leaned how to pack stock nd how to treat the customers. Do not have to be serious always you have to atleast smile with the customers. Listen to them when they talk with you pay more attention don't focus on some somethings that will disturb you.

Opproturnities

I would like to learn more and grow but that has been limited for me as i work alone from 6:45-17:30 without any reliever. i can go to any of the training programes that the company offers. i enjoy the flexible hours as i get time to spend with my kids on public holidays and weekends

Iam a assistant machanic

Iam working as assistant machanic at Pnp lydenburg smelter, dealing with earth moving machines.eg cat Komatsu and bel. We do service and repairing and welding

Pros: Looking to work more hard to gain experience and end up becoming diesel mech
Cons: I can work long hours

Love multitasking and work with team mates

I love working under pressure and multitasking is what I'm good at. My co-workers taught me that team work is very important and keeps the working environment very clean and to feel always at homes once you at work. We become a good and loving family at work.

Pros: The opportunity were great and taught me a lot
