No growth
There is not much growth in the company and you get to do the samething everyday of the year.We had a great team that worked well together and I really enjoyed working with them.I got to learn more about stationary and how office machines are operated.

Excellent customer care
It is a great company with friendly colleagues who all work hard. It's a good work environment. It is occasionally a relaxing job on a calm day. It keeps you on your feet and keeps you busy all day which I find a bonus as no one wants to be bored at work.
Pros: Great opportunities to learn new skills and work different departments such as packing, cashier etc
Cons: Long hours and have to work on weekends.

Shop Assistance ,cashier and a merchandising
Working at pna was a great experience, I've learned a lot of things like teamwork and how important it is.I have learned to serve each and every customer equally and to serve the customer to its best ability. Working with customer is challenging,because some of them have bad days but i also learnt at pna that is my responsibility to make sure my customers walk out of the shop with small. We treated each other like family and i find that very important because we spend more hours at work more than at home.

Experience gained
I started working for this company in November 2015 and since it's based in the Northern Suburbs it was a bit challenging for me because I did not know Afrikaans but as time went by I learned Afrikaans and now I can at least understand. This place has grown me so much and I cannot even remember having a single argument with neither of my colleagues.

Excellent learning curve
It was a new challenge and job position opportunity, I learned a lot, made a lot of new acquaintances. I expanded my knowledge and experience. It was mind blowing. There was something new every day, which made the job position opportunity so much more fun. The people I worked with was always cooperative and there was a friendly atmosphere. It was like family. I learned a lot about respect, as well as some team work. I used to work alone however working as a team was definitely a new challenge which was refreshing and interesting. If you work hard it doesn't go unseen. I had the time of my life with this job position opportunity of a supervisor. You would go to work in the morning and it's like you never want to go home. There is also so much growth, which leads to new challenges and opportunities that you experience.

great partnership
Being with different people has taught me to be able to understand the dynamics of different individuals. A typical day at work is just based on partnership, assisting and sharing ideas about what could be of great asset to the company .I enjoyed assisting customers that where rather less difficult. I have learnt alot about self control and remaining calm irrigardless of any situations.

No growing opportunities
I work on weekends, l am a part time worker and recently completed my Diploma in Business Management. I have a good relationship with other colleagues. I have learnt a lot as a shop/sales assistant such as how to treat customers and how to provide good customer service without discriminating anyone. And what l enjoy most is seeing the customer leaving the shop as a happy and being able to provide what customer wants and if we don't have it, l usually would suggest other options or similar products and let the customer decide if they want it or not. The challenging aspects are dealing with a difficult customer.

Perfect to gain experience with
It is an honor and great opportunity working with Pna, It grown my knowledge and brought a lot of skills in just one year. Good and well organized bosses i enjoyed working with. I gained much computer skills, receiving and data capturing, pay much detail or much focus and how to treat customers, however sometimes it was bit challenging at the warehouse during back to school but i used my strength to work under pressure and complete what is required by the company in the daily basis
