Good experience in researching company
The working time is 4-8pm during the week and 9am-6pm on weekends..I am supervising a team of 10 people whom have different attitudes but manageable. I have a very good relationship with them, we work together as a team in achieving whatever work is given to us. This job is very challenging as we have to go to different areas and look for people who are willing to take part in our survey. People are very reluctant when it comes to giving their personal details. This job has thought me to be patient.

Well established company that taught me a lot about research, customer service, call centre work, telephonic skills, typing skills, interpersonal skills.

The job pays strucklty on what one completes in a day in terms of interviews and clients permission and willingness to participate in a 10-15minutes long telephonic interview.

I want to grow in the company
I do field work as the company is about Market Research. I am a team Leader of thirty team members. We travel all over the country depending on the type of project we are engaged in.
Pros: We meet new people everyday. Some are rude and some are friendly.
Cons: We sleep far away from home most of the time.

Good with fault finding
Got six years off experience in atm industry as a field engineer, doing maintenance and installation of absa, nedbank and fnb atm's also loading software and take ownership of calls, responding sla ( service level agreements )as banks requirements, thank you for considering my application. Excellent learning curve
We work long hours and weekends plus you have to make your own moneyand we write our own cheque. Sometimes we do field work and sometimes the projects are super hard but as long as you keep your focus and you will manage

Excellent learning curve
We do market research in the form of a survey were we interview people in their houses or at malls and sometimes it is very difficult because you get rejected and you have to deal with it and move on but its a good learning curve because you experience how to work and handle different types of people and situations and promote good team work.

Very challenging
Very motivating and vabrating enough to challenge a person to think deep and be precisely and very formal and professional.It requires a person to be consistent on progress and looking up to the new challenges.
