Greatlearning experience

It is a fast pace environment where you have to sell products over the phone We have to at least 20 hours a week as student worker Make daily targets, the most aspect of this job was to get people to give you their banking details like account number over the phone and trust that this a legit company, my relationship with co-workers was very friendly, i have learned that i have the ability to influence into doing what i please and it has taught me a great deal patience, having to follow up clients and keeping appointments

No growth

Long working hours 7-7 Good relationship with co workers we relate to the same stress we go through Learnt to be patient with clients over the phone Not much to enjoy when u have to focus on making target on a daily basis and weekly with extras Making target and being consistent with it is the most challenging thing

Excellent

I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. Excellent learning curve

My background includes a BSc (Honours) in Environmental management, BSc Chemistry and Project management with seven years of relevant experience. I am registered with Institute of waste management of Southern Africa. I am registered with SACNASP as a Candidate Natural Scientist one of their requirements is that I must work in an Environmental field to be upgraded to professional Scientist, this position will help meet the requirements of SACNASP. It takes a highly organized person to be able to handle and coordinate all of the tasks that are required for each project. I also bring superb communication skills that are also quite necessary for handling vendors and ensuring a project is completed within budget and on time.

My learning

This was definitely the most challenging job ever to convince people with wide range of emotions. Nothing that i cant do but to sell to working with different races and genders defnetly helped to make me the beter seller.

Beautiful environment!!!

Platinum Life was one of the BEST companies I've worked for. Everyday i would go to work with a smile knowing very well it'll make me to do more sales. My colleagues were like family to me until i noticed that there was no growth despite of making more commission. In life i had to be disciplined to produce more numbers. I had to sacrifice more time practicing on pitches. The most I've enjoyed about my previous job was MAKING MORE SALES!!! and IT'S REWARDS!!!!. I FEAR NOT making my daily target, cause i know very well it might affect my commission

Pros: Platinum Life has 4 branches. My branch was had the smallest employees therefore it made me not to see myself having growth.

Good learning curve.

It is awlrling fornthe clmpany pleasurThe staff gives me the energy needed to strive to male the ameet the objectives.Althougb there is pressure to reach salea as the salary is commission based it is a good motivation to require personal growth.e

Pros: The pros include good team work.motivation to grow on a professional level and most importantly the work environment

Gained a lot of sales experience

The working hours are quite long and only earn on commission however my relationship with co-workers is beautiful there is a lot of positive energy and support. I have learnt that a positive attitude and willingness to learn from feedback can take one to places.

Had the opportunity to learn a lot about sales

good working relationship with colleagues. Long working hours earn only on commission. I have learnt that feedback and hard work can take you places. I also learnt that providing support for fellow colleagues is important.
