Loved the Production of Ready to Eat Meals, as Developing new ranges. Passionate about Food Industry

Great Company to work for. But due to restructuring, my position became redundant due to outsourcing of the facility. I loved the tasks and products I had to develop and are proud to say that 7 of my products were Awarded Sunday Times Food Awards, benchmarked against opposition retailers products

Pros: I did what I truly love and are passionate about

Retail Giant

The company is too large and talent is not recognised. They should focus more on internal development. People who work at stores very seldom get opportunities at head office.

Pros: Stable working environment
Cons: Little growth

Excellent learning curve

I am a true leader whose got leadership skills, my company I'm working with always teach us about the importance of case handling, even handling a difficult customer. Retail taught me many things especially to be polite and think before you do. Team work is important, following company policy is very much important, health and safety is important at work place.

Pros: I need to see myself getting promoted and learn more
Cons: Retail needs bodies it's not a problem when the company needs me I will be there
