EXPERIENCES

I have worked in a cooperate environment as an Office Manger and gained a lot of experience from duties performed. I did a lot of Management and Leadershiptrainings and workshops.

Pros: IT'S ONE OF THE RETAIL GIANTS AND PRIDES THEMSELVES IN SERVING CUSTOMERS AND BEING INVOLVED IN COMMUNITY UPLIFTING PROJECTS
Cons: IT HAS A HUGE AND STRONG COMPETITORS WITH THE INDUSTRY.

Great experience and eye opener

Resolving logged calls from the DC and store was my daily task, very friendly co-workers who are very busy, great at explaining things when they have the time. I have learnt that there is no such thing as asking stupid or too many questions if its going to benefit my understanding of the task I have to complete. I enjoyed resolving calls as it gave me a deeper understanding of the systems employed and how they communicate with each other. The challenges were when I had to ask for assistance most of my colleagues were busy and had not a lot of time to explain or help me get in the right direction of resolving the call I was assigned

Pros: Great investors in their employees
Cons: Too much corporate politics

PNP

PNP is a very good company to work for. There are lots of skilled people working here, people specialize in a specific role. I like the culture of PNP, however I am a temp worker and have been trying in all departments to become permanent with my skills and I get rejected all the time

Pros: good company to work for
Cons: very difficult to get a permanent job, too many temps working here

I am suitable for this position because I pride myself in being a hard working, focused and goal oriented person. I believe in myself and the fact that I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
