Quite experienced and used to operations aa well preemptive

Have gained ways and means to simplify the work relations between both the external and internal client. Have learnt a lot about being a service provider to a client/s at all times and avoid being at loggerheads the clients at all costs. The most challenging would be to satisfy the client at all times as well as accepting that customer is always right.

Pros: Potential for growth
Cons: Restricted carreer growth

Excellent learning curve

I totally enjoyed my work, working as a cashier doing my duties from (7am to 14:30pm) other days from (14:30pm to 21:30pm). My relationship with co-workers was fantastic we daily respected each other and mostly we were helping one another whenever if one had a problem i wholeheartedly enjoyed them. I learned working with different race of people, satisfying them daily with whatever they required. Insuring excellent interpersonal communication, Basic Maths skills definitely, the ability to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks and lastly strong product knowledge and understanding to target customers. Cashiers duties are what i really enjoy doing,I wouldn't hesitate long day long doing my duties because that what I actually love.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: I am capable of extra hours and im able to work in pressure

A great opportunity to run a franchise store.

I've had a great deal of time for the past 2 years running the pick and pay franchised supermarket. one of the most remarkable challenges I've had to endure were amongst others, closure of accounts due to late or non payment of such accounts, being under staffed through out the year in pursuit to increase the store's profitability, under budgeting. other exciting moments were amongst others the trust I had on my staff members and also them towards me was incredible, mentoring, coaching and motivating them almost daily was a rewarding moment for me. I had a chance to do everything in the store, from sourcing new suppliers, reviewing their viability etc. what I have learnt at this franchise is that we really need to skill ourselves with all we can from further education and training regarding the sector especially the financial aspect of it to run it smoothly with having to struggle with payments issues.

Pros: exciting career
Cons: poor budgeting by many owners

I have solid experience in forklift operation, packing and stock receiving.

Typically we wait for our manager to give us a call and tell us where to go, we would travel by a company car and get to the client and pack the drinks, sometimes when we work on site we would have to pack the stock using a forklift. Its a friendly environment as my coworkers are very chatty and we share almost everything. I've learned how to drive a car for the first time, and I've learned how to deal with different clients. I enjoy traveling and getting to engage with different people. At this point, I can't think of anything challenging except for getting lost when we are being sent to a strange place.

Pros: Work rotation
Cons: Less hours, therefore less pay

Learning something tricky and get to master it afterwards.

Am working as a receiving clerk but I know everything at the receiving. I only enjoy my work more especially am not being told on what to do. The most challenging aspects its when I get a call at the head office and told that the are some invoices that are not captured.

Pros: Being a Receiving Manager
Cons: 10 hours

Good listener and fast learner

I would like a job that has benefits.also a job that has good people that will lead by example in a work place.also working as a team building a good relationship in a work place also for the customers so that they will be able to come and support . having good management is the key that makes the work place to be in order I am fast learner always want to learn new things also a lot of things. Really enjoy to communicate with customers. The challenge I have faced at work it when a customer is complaining I also don't know how to answer because it's very painful to scan and pack also being a Cashier it's not easy because you need to scan the products that a customer brought also to pack them. No Cashier goes out before all the customers have moved out of the shop but the painful part is that for the overtime it will be R1.50 cents only while scanning and also parking really looking forward to get a better job with benefits also.

Pros: Bank teller
Cons: 8-9 hours

I strongly wish to join your team and looking forward to hearing from you.

Excellent

It's lovely working at pick and pay, it's like we're all family. You get to learn a lot about customers and you build a relationship with your customers and everyone in the company. The six years I've spent I don't regret it. It's very lovely especially when you're from the offs days you get customers asking where have you been. The challenging part is when you get customer complaining about something and want to report the issues to the head office even if the issue has been solved.

Pros: Got promoted from till packer to cashier from that to E-service clerk
Cons: It's rather short hours that expected
