High pressure environment

The culture motivates hard work although there is absolutely no room for promotion or growth which is quite frustrating. Company policies are very strict and restrict ones ability to achieve goals in time at times.

Excellent learning curve

Very happy to work with a team that cares about what goes on in my personal space. We have chillout sessions quaterly where we go out after hours and relax, get to know each other outside work

I do all machenical and electrical work, plc vsd cnc injection moulding

This is a great opportunity, and would be ecstatic to get it, there is ample opportunity for an individual to get involved in various activities allowing them to grow

Excellent learning curve

I haven't learned alot at PG and the position I am at right now. I feel that any opportunities that arises within the Group I am over looked and this seems to me I will not grow. I need to grow beyond the current position as I am a supervisor to interns and soon that will fall away as the Group is looking to do away with interns. With that side, I believe I have the ability to grow, learn and also have an opportunity to further my studies.
