Excellent environment to grow for first time job seekers
A typical day at work involves a morning meeting and coffee with co-workers, then we discuss project plans with the manager. The atmosphere in the office is vibrant, as I work with Illustrators, Designers and artists. I have acquired a great deal of knowledge through the company I am currently with. I started as a qualified Graphic Designer, and 5 years later I am a skilled professional Senior Instructional Designer. I have learnt the following: Developing and maintaining eLearning content and modules. Creating storyboards, scripts and production-ready content for the videos or web-based training programs and advising on production. I have partnered with internal teams to produce high-quality eLearning content. I have assisted with managing administrative capabilities in the LMS. I have learnt to Create digital assets for eLearning courses. working here is the limited growth. I have realized that there Is no more opportunity for growth, as I have been in the same position for the past 4 years

Good challenging
I'm a busy person with huge responsibility to keep and investigate the customer complaints, responsible for quality co ordinating in process communicating with managers coworker's and responsible for all apparatus for verifications, doing quality alerts, and SOPs with supervising quality and coaching inspectors. I'm someone who believe in studying to advance the knowledge for quality and to execute management mandate.i enjoy my duties as its the challenge each and every day that keep me on my toe and on top of my game

Great working environment with growth potential
Great company to work for with lots of opportunity to grow and move up based on knowledge and skills training and promotions. Good work policies and procedures, great company benefits. Cross divisional collaboration allowed me to enjoy and work with various levels of employees.

Excellent learner
Capturing stock into system (GRV)'s, disputing stock, Credit notes basically everything relating to stock is what I do at work and also do reports and go through stock reports

Adobe Illustrator
A typical day at the office is an eye opener to the work environment we have. I specialise in designing learning programs for the PG Group. It is challenging yet fun at the same time, you get to meet up different sorts of people as it is a big company, and the content we learn each day is different.

Awesome colleagues
Awesome environment ,I have learned to have alot of patients. Adaptability. This company has taught me patients, and to learn and understand the uniqueness of a client /Customer. I always enjoy seeing people smile cause i always hear that i have a beautiful smile. I learned that through patients you will achieve and hard work truly pays off. I enjoy having conversations with my customers . To me a customer is always right. The most challenging aspects i face is working shifts and still going home to my family and continue as if the day was not hectic, I believe is work at work and home and home

High pressure environment
The culture motivates hard work although there is absolutely no room for promotion or growth which is quite frustrating. Company policies are very strict and restrict ones ability to achieve goals in time at times.
