Excellent learning curve

It was a great opportunity to work at pg glass Learning different skills and traits from mentors as well as the business itself...Also interactions with customers was a positive by means of improving your social interaction skills.The thing that caught my attention was also the toughness of the work environment in general and it's day to day ups and downs.

Excellent Learning Curve

It is nice working at PG the only challenge or issue is they do not recognise the employees hardword at most days. This issue hurts most employees as when you have done well your superiors have to acknowledge and recognise you

Excellent opportunity to earn experience

Learning how to work under pressure. I have learnt how to deal with conflict as well as how to deal with difficult clients. I am a fast learner so my work is always up to date.

I have to collect money for 4 branches in the mpumalanga region.

I have to collect money for 4 branches in the mpumalanga region. Allocate the payments and clear accounts. Sort about queries. Phone for money. I get on well with my co-workers but I am the only one who deals with the money and accounts.

Exciting experience to be.

It's been a nice experience but I now feel like I have to change, I'm still young and I want to do something different. Well I got injured last year October and it was a traumatic experience for me and that's the other reason why I want to change my current job and get into more demanding situations and be an asset and produce the results.

A customer is a king, good customer service include putting yourselve in customers shoes so that you can understand their needs and wants, Give discounts if possible, etc

Learning curve

I am responsible for incoming raw materials as far as Job production order required. Quality Inspection, Quantity, Material Control, Process Control, Troubleshooting, Maintaining Safety and Health at all times, Glass Technology and Parameters Control, Reporting Deviations, Computer Control Scada, SAP, Excel and Word. I was involved in Process Trials, Plant Commission in the minerals processing.

Pros: I'm involved in the raw materials input, process, inventory control, Scada, Safety Health Maintenance.

It's an interesting job and excellent experience again there and amazing company

Great learning experience

I learned a lot for PG glass, although the environment is very negative and has no room for growth. I enjoyed a typical work day, I enjoyed doing my work and just cut off. The environment of the business just had such a horrible impact thatvut started to affect me at home. What ibfound most challenging was to face a long day of negativity at work and deal with a lot jealousy. I have a good relationship with majority of the co-workers and have a high repect for them.
