Excellent Stepping Stone

I have gained much knowledge at PFK and they have thought me the importance many factors in the industry which i can apply in my everyday life. My co-workers have become like family, We face our Challengers but we overcome them because we spend more time with co-workers than with our family. I have learnt to be diverse, to be a team player, to work smart and have a can do attitude. I enjoy new challenges, also resolving problems, finding a solution, Creating a solution.

I have learnt a lot from working with diffrent people

I do all the machine start ups i have a good relationship with my co-workers i leant to put all personal issues aside when m at work ienjoy learning new things the most challenging part of my job is teaching others to be hands on and maticullas in what they do

Pros: Great oppotunaties for school leavers to learn from the ground up
Cons: Long workin hours

Typical Day

There is no typical day at this company, it is a dynamic and diverse company that has different challenges to deal with on a daily basis. This is not necessarily a bad thing, it keeps your mind active and in "problem solving mode". If you like consistency, this is not the place for you. There are some exciting prospects for the future if the right people are in place to make it happen.

Pros: Constantly changing, good opportunities
Cons: Management team is not transparent, lack of communication to lower levels of staff
