I really enjoyed the fast pace of growth in our company over the last ten years. This had many challenges and projects that had to be addressed and delivered to ensure sustainability. I believe in good interaction between co-workers and rooting for growth and success to ensure all benefit from this. Future growth both for the company and my career seems to be a challenge going forward.

Blasting development. Production loading and blasting Front cave. Block cave mining Development at Managese mining . AutoMining sublevel caving and Longhole charging and drilling. Reaching targets of production daily and monthly. Safety Certicate and Good safety record Excellent Production Records of 18000 tons per shifts Groundhandling experience and Mining industry Experience. Good blasting experience figures. Out of 100 I receive 95% Mining Control room experience of Mining.

Excellent learning curve wonderful people to work with.
My typical day is filled with breakdowns and if there are no breakdowns Perform maintenance on the main plant insuring that breakdowns are at a minimum. My colleague's are wonderful people always ready to help out when struggling they are ant the judgmental types.

Excellent learning curve of different disciplines
My day would start by assembling and inspection of equipment, calibration, welding of fabrication and inspection of weldments. The relationship with co-workers was of utmost importance when coming to brothers keeper, that kept the basic rule of safety that our safety is everyone's responsibility. I enjoyed the most understanding of each other's responsibility towards what is expected of them, they always do more than what's expected of them. The most challenging part of my job was the unexpected delays such as breakdowns and overtime.

Ive learned alot and could study further
Petra Diamonds mining industry is a very competitive industry. I ve learned a lot and study further but I need now new challenges. I've worked on a lot of projects and gained a lot of knowledge of budgets how to motivate people and built a strong team. learned Excell advance, RCat, VIP and AccTech, Chief safety officer, Project management

Excellent learning experience
Started as sorting plant and mobile machine operator. Left job and started afresh and got a learnership and studied and operated a metalurgical plant. Qualified as foreman and loves problem solving as it gives me the opportunity to prove myself. I have astouned myself and management and i train my staff and everyone that needs my help. It is adrenalin working on a problem and achieving success.

A great exposure to a mining dynamics, in trackless mining
Safety, adherence to the COP's and and productive, assertive and dedicated, able to work under pressure and good interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead by example in terms of safety

Prospects of getting a more senior role with wide range of responsibility and accountability. work family balance, I have had opportunity to conclude commodity contracts, negotiate some contracts Diesel for the mine, scaffolding. High pressured environment with room to work A good working relationship Delivering stakeholders requirements Delivering requirements within specific of the governance.

Safe working place
Good working conditions,safety at its best,corworkers make good teamwork and very understandable,leaned a lot about working in a team and being independent and about safety and machines.the job is very challenging but i enjoy learning new things everyday.
