As a supervisor I have to ensure all orders on the system are kept up to date. Ensure all customer back orders are followed up by invoice clerks. Ensure customers take up back orders and accurate reconciliations are performed. Ensuring all details of orders are fulfilled and goods are dispatched correctly. Ensure good relationship with warehouse, production, planning and sales reps. I have developed a strong team that respect me. To better analyse data to generate to increased sales and achieve monthly targets. Customer satisfaction and achieving monthly sales targets . Customer satisfaction.

Pros: 5 day week, 8-5 hours, working day. casual dress code.

Broad knowledge in manufacturing

I work in a very fast paced industry. I can multitask, but not losing focus on particular tasks. I am good at problem solving, and also to communicate potential pitfalls ahead of time. I have good communication skills, and get on well with all co-workers. Challenging aspects in my job is when components are not available to meet deadlines.
