I've learnt a lot from the company it was my 1st job
Was a full place with the best team mate that were friendly . we had push for our daily budget. during the time I was working there I was given the opportunity to become supervisor

Good in learning ;hard worker
I have the ability to work long hrs,am interested on doing my job,am a fast learner,work shift hrs during busy days ;make sure i made targets every month,have energy to beat my competitors,am very friendly to my co-workers,willing to help difficulty customers

Excellent learning curve
Working for Pep Cell was a great experience where I got to Learn a lot from my colleagues and myself. I have seen myself work towards company goals and feel fulfilled from the team I was surrounded by. However, I resigned when I felt I had served my planned purpose and continuing with the company at t he same position would not be mutually beneficial. I value personal development as much as I enjoy leaving a significant influence within a corporate circle, my post wasn't offer both at the time.

PepCell is a small company but with large opportunities to grow as an individual It's give full and clear experience on helping and understanding people's needs It's promote culture of respect ,honesty ,care and love within colleagues and customers Help increase one's experience on promoting sales

Excellent growth within the company
To whom it may concern Team work for one is an excellent form of working together In a group. Because I feel at the end of the day you cannot work , make money without your team by your side

Managing the stored
Everyday is a new day in a retail environment you always have to smile and keep customers happy at all times and you treat everybody with dignity and respect including co-workers,work as a team ,help each other grow within the company and I've learnt to care for everybody ,working as a team and growing an extra mile to achieve best results and dealing with difficult customers and problem solving, I enjoy helping people and helping them in making choices putting smile on their faces and meeting new people everyday sharing ideas there's absolutely nothing challenging if u put your mind on something then you will do it one has to be dedicated,patient,honest and be passionate about what they do.

Fast learner
Working as a team is the most amazing thing at our company because we believe that on your own you can't make it but together as a team we can do more and achieve many things. Respect,love and support is what we give each other and that's what made us this far.
