My name is dakalo.I was working at pep and pep cell from 2010 to 2016.I was singn of as a 2ic( supervise) in 2012 I relive the store during manager upset. I improve a lot becous I learn how to trit customers with dignity and respect. I work very smart to rich our monthly and yearly target. I like to take my opotunitiy to another level.

Learnt more experience at Pep
It's a great company,anyone who wish to work for, people like shopping there, people always treated with dignity and respect,love working there bt i'm looking out for other experience

Space for growth
Typical day at work--not always fair but never a dull moment, filled with challenges but very rewarding (a simple thank you from a customer) One thing I could not master was to tell a customer that their card has declined between there were not enough funds I have learned that no matter how difficult situation may seem or be, there is always a solution to the problem and that kindness goes a long way Relationship with my co-workers was OK, was teased a lot by them in the beginning but I learned to just ignore them and focus more on my duties, best decision ever it got me my promotion Though I was kept on the till most out of spite I ended up loving it, I had the most encounters with customers and became very fast on the till

Good learning
I have a great opputinity. And a good experience is a small retail a good in being with young ones and able to work under pressure ... You get an experience of how to handle rude customer.. And how to have a good customer service within and able to do team work

I have learned what I can . I'm looking to grow in my studies field Chemical engineering. Co worker are good and work is tiring especially on 3rd to the 10th of each month

Learning in a hard way
Not bad company, just their business still needs upgrade in terms of administration and their systems Store Management are not getting paid enough. You are not given an opportunity to apply your mind and take some decisions which make the job not be easier . That is of course for the people that are fro another retail companies .

Good
It been a great journey with one of the biggest retail company in SA like Pep. the company have a good structure, which helps employees and the company to be a success. A company that runs at a low cost bu able to maximize profit for the last 20 years. that a great achievement in its self.

I am a competent young woman who is dedicated and ambitious
It's good and treat people with respect.the problem is the income rather the hours they give us.they are nt enough a person should atleast work 8 hours aday.ecompany hires anyone and people opportunities so its a good thing.

Very busy work day
Very busy work day, phone calls every minute Co-workers and me gad a great understanding I learnt to always speak up when somethingbis bothering and i cant find a solution. I enjoyed tge way tge employees of the company always greets with a smile. The most challenging aspects for me was tge bulk imports
