Being at work you have to be fully committed
Working at Pep Home is about drive, its about pushing your abilities to the max, because we as cashier need to see to many things, we also need to tear ourselves between working on the floor and being a cashier. We need to work both on the floor and in front. When we on the floor we need to try and help as many customers as we can, and then still help fill the shelves and do the front ends. It can get quite busy in a shop that sells homeware but working with customer, its the best. Being able to help someone that struggles, is honestly the best because some of them just wears their gratitude on there sleeves. Its satifying to give customers the services they want.
Pros: meeting and working with different people.
Cons: long hours, and customers that comes into the store with the intention of breaking someones spirit

Fast learner
some no the days you work under pressure in order to finish the work, dealing with different customers which are grumpy or angry ,encouragement and advice through co workers,packing ,counting ,helping customers and marking down the stock is what are enjoy the most

Excellent learning curve.
Pep have thought me a lot in these years. This include how to manage personnel, sales, marketing, administration, training new managers and managing my expenses.

Love to work under pressure, always involve in team work,sharing ideas to reach a goal for the day,long working hours to push budget,working alone to reach given budget is one of the challenging aspect

It is a good platform to know more about retail
It is 8 working hours , what I enjoy the most is merchandising and putting a smile on the customers when giving them all the help needed. The most challenging thing about the job is trying to explain the procedures of buying a phone to a customer and does not agree with it. We are only 8 employees and we get along very well there is mutual respect

Good and excellent
30 days with 2 days off Relationship was very critical and challenging because I have to tolerate people weakness and understand their weak point I learned how open minded I must be,multi tasking ,creative and accurate I be especially dealing with stock and money I enjoy the culture and alignment of the company and how they respect people opinions and also challenging and hearing the customers problems and solving them The most challenging is when money to banking money is not accurate with the cashiers and also if we did not met the daily target.

To treat each an everyone with dignity and respect
I enjoyed working at pep home, they treat employees with dignity and respect. Working for this company has been an exciting journey. The company that grows people. Being a dynamo of pep has been a great experience for me
Pros: Pep is a growing company where we believe if you don't grow you die. The pep culture is Sikhula kunye, simply meaning we are growing together. At pep you never walk alone
Cons: We are working Monday to Saturday 45 hours a week , Sundays overtime. If worked 12 days in a raw qualify gor for 2 days rest period. We also have one monthly day off per month.
