Excellent learning curve

Iit was a great experience for me and I got to plan and implement promotions to generate sales and actually attract more customers. Made sure that my staff logged in in the morning and evrytime when knocking off so I can capture their rightfull hours on the system for them to get their right salaries, maintaining Store Standards and preventing Stock Loss also preparing for stocktake and doing the actual counts.

Good learning curve

-Assistant manager of 4 staff members -Working as a team to meet our monthly target -Treating customers with pride and dignity -Merchandising according to company standards -Leading and motivating employees -Effective planning -Coming up with ideas on how to make sales -Making sales -Good communication skills -Dealing with difficult customer and making sure they work out of the door with a smile

Currenthly driving of sales,banking,admin ,planning of staff,recruitmet and selection admin,peopls person get along with all staff members train staff and storemanagers most challenging is the. Customer complain as we the third part

Excellent customer service experience

Face to face customer experience When you have to deal with difficult customers but have to remain calm. Have a great working relationship with co workers whenever we dont see eye to eye we work through our differences I have learned so much from pos to stock counts. I enjoy working there and learning new things.
