Challenging but great place to learn
On A typical day I do morning talk, receive stock, admin, work on the till when it's busy, handle queries, check store standards and cash up. I have created an environment where my employees are able to communicate about anything. I have learnt a lot about customer service, how to treat employees equally, how to push sales and meet targets, stock loss prevention and leadership as a whole. I enjoy giving amazing customer service. The challenge is stock loss prevention.
Pros: Meeting different customers makes it refreshing, getting great feedback from customers
Cons: Working on weekends and the risk behind the job itself, if there's any loss one can easily lose their job

My learning curve at pep
Since I started working at pep cell I have learned so much. We treat each other and our customers with so much respect and dignity and we are always helping one another to grow. In short, we grow together and we belong to the same family. We live by the company values, which are; honesty, passion and resourcefulness. Pep is a big company and has been around for a very long time. I have learned to help others and making our customers happy, making sure they leave the shop satisfied so they can come back. I enjoy helping people and I feel good knowing I had done something to help someone. My colleagues and I are very and I enjoy working with them because they are very good people to work with and we work very well together. We are always laughing with our customers and that builds a good a relationship between us and and them.
Pros: Being a hard worker.
Cons: The extra hours on the festive season are draining.

Great learning curve
When working in retail you need to know that no two days are the same, some days are better and some days are just the worst. Sometimes you meet the loveliest customers that brighten your day and then there are customers that just take your frustrations out on you, and there's nothing you can do because, well, as the saying goes "the customer is always right". Therefore I have learnt to be more patient and to be more apologetic even though I'm not I the wrong. Having a good relationship with coworkers is very important because you work with each other everyday, where I work there are just 5 of us and we get along very well. I enjoy my job because I get to meet a lot of different people and even though we might have a 2minute conversation, some customers will give you advice that will humble you while teaching you something in the process. I might have been an anti social person before this but I realized that by working with people you learn a lot more than working by yourself.
Pros: Discounts at selected pep stores, co-workers to switch shifts with if I can't make it to work.
Cons: Long working hours, being on your feet the whole day and working on holidays.

Fast learner
basically typing is my best thing as I can type more than 50 words in a minute and I used to use a till and very good to the customers I always great them with a smile and always working with honestly and persion and resourcefulness is always my priority

Acquiring the relevant experience and a stepping stone into starting up my career
a typical work day starts at 09 am in the morning where i do my stock count to check if things are still the way i left the the previous day, then check the schedule if we are expecting any deliveries then log on and start with the business of the day, i have a great working relationship with colleagues we work well as a team, i have learnt how to be patient and pay much attention to detail especially with receiving of stock, i enjoy meeting new people everyday and knowing that i have offered them quality service, the most challenging part is theft when stock go missing it is really a challenge to trace it since we don't have a security guard in the shop
Pros: opportunity to learn and earn an honest living
Cons: working sundays

I am good working with people
I was assisting my manager by controlling stock loss , good customer service, solving problems, promoting our products,reviving stock, well I was doing everything that my manager was doing because when she is off its who is in charge

Im willing to learn anything that will lead me to the good direction
To work in my Company its so challenge needs someone to focus and you must know the company procedures because we are dealing with a lot of customers .Me and my coligues we more than being Co workers now we like family to each other of which that makes our job easy for us . The most thing that I enjoy is when i spending time with my Coligues and creating good relationship with my job because I'm spend mostly my day at work . The most challenging thing as we all know that we are dealing with cellphones and then customers are struggling to understand the different between Guarantee and warranty
Pros: I'm still Casual being its far from me
Cons: I'm working 4 hours a day then get paid every end of the week

Communication and listening
Communication and listening is the best tool in achiving the daily target..and also knowing your product because that way will be easier for you to engage with the customer or get a sale.organising promotions was the best of all while i was working at that company and again engaging with the customers and mostly archiving monthly target.
Pros: I have grown myself from a casual to the store manager.
Cons: Long hours even in holidays

I am determine my self if I am doing my job I meet my deadline I am a time keeping I am willing to learn and willing to progress about my job and came with a plan how can make a company to grow

Exciting working with customers
Working under pep its very exciting, I have learn a lot when working with customers , I always calm myself , and focus..sometimes I meet difficult customers but I have a strategy to deal with them..I have learned to solve a problem by my own without a manager involved.and I have good relationship with my colleagues, I have learnt that , I should listen more than I talk
