I am a pleasant, patient and approachable person and am able to remain calm in volatile situations. I perform well under pressure and am flexible in terms of working independently and as a team player. I am hardworking & believe a person is never too young or too old to learn & should therefore always approach every situation with an open mind & without prejudice. I communicate well at all levels and am able to establish a good report with management and peers. This combined with excellent organizational & planning skills enables me to render a positive influence to the company I am employed with, as well as in my home environment.

Good learning path

It is wonderful to work at my company I always learn and am motivated, I sometimes work with my colleagues we will be included in one email while we are three or four, I then resolve or enter the codes that am required to enter on pastel, I also do general ledger accounts and many more. I easily get along and interact with my colleagues.

Pros: There is a lot to learn and great opportunity for growth.
Cons: they are not long working hours

Information Technology diploma

I am a hard worker, working in a huge respective  company with so many different departments. Working in a team, we used to share ideas, get connected by communicating in a team, motives each other ,challenging, competing and working more effective and submit work correctly on time and don't even mind working  under pressure, just to achieve the company gaol and keep the excellent company record and still be recognised everywhere. I really enjoy my work a lot.

Great interpersonal skills

I'm currently working with students, working there is an eye opener and not only do I enrich their minds they do the same with me, I take a piece of them with me. My colleagues have taught me a lot as I was coming in from a different environment, with no knowledge of the situation that I was facing, they made the learning experience worth it and to them I will always be greatful. Working with people has always been a passion of mine and that is what my current post had to offer therefore going to work each day is a fruitful experience for me

Learning curve to improve on current situation or employeement

Learning og the skills i have and improve on learning new in the field of IT, Mathematics and Statistics I have 5 years of experienced in the field of IT with focus on Mathematics and Quantitative Techniques and other IT related such as Software development and a beginner in programming and database.. I am currently working as Senior Lecturer and programme manager in the institution. Moreover, I planned to further my skills to acquire more knowledge in the field of mathematics and statistics.

Days are not the same

We are a great team with my colleagues and we have a good relationship despite challenges we encounter. Nevertheless, diversity has taught me to be flexible and think outside the box. Days are not the same but each and every day you learn new things. what i enjoy the most is to cause impact and change to students in the manner in which they deal with their personal issues, academically,personal and they way they interact each other.

Cons: too much work with less compensation and recognition.

Excellent working

We learn a lot of things in the organisation. Leadership skills Management skills etc. Communications skills I have learnt to work without a serpurevisor and using electronic components. E.g photocopy machine., scanners and fax machine.

Pros: There is a great opportunity for career growth

Great leaning curve

it is nice working at my company as its an EDUCATIONAL Industry . i get to interact with alot of students , i learned alot in admin , accounts and academics, pressure and time management. and patience to deal with customers
