My current position has been an excellent learning opportunity

My relationship with co-workers is great, because I am easy to work with and I get along with everyone. I am a people's person. In my current position, I have learnt that communication is very important, as it indicates team spirit and that is is nice to win as a team instead of an individual. the most challenging aspect of the job is, having to work with those that do not communicate well. This negatively impacts the last result or desired outcome.

Excellent learning opportunity

What I Enjoy most about my current position is that fact that I get to learn from all departments. Which helps me in gaining more skills and understand how different departments work.
