Good

I regard myself as a passionate dedicated and hardworking person and I love and interact effectively with people, I am very creative and business minded analytical situations, I give my best to ensure the objectivity of the assigned task is attained, I love challenges and the circumstantial under which I have be subjected to as an employee with the experience I have it enables me to cope with pressure.

It's difficult to work with various people from various cultures

Working in a company like this its a learning curve where by you have to take all the responsibility by yourself for example ......if two members are ill and cannot pitch at work ... I rather work and with the team than calling an extra member to replace that ill one ....basics and procedures are followed on a daily basics because we are working according to head office requirements of quality standard food and our shop/restaurant has to be on a 100% hygiene according to spec

Cons: On special based days from 7am up until 10pm

I've learn that first impression is very important

First when you greet a customer you have to greet the customer with a friendly smile,i was looking after the children while they have their meal in peace mostly what I loved is the environment. The most challenging part was when the shop is very busy I has to look after more than 50 kids. The part I enjoyed the most was face painting. I enjoyed working at Panarottis

Excellent working experience and new endeavours.

I also volunteered at a Local Clinic back in Eastern Cape then went to O.R Tambo Waste Water Treatment also volunteered there. I do part time as a Travelpreneur under World Ventures. Everywhere I go and work I create a good relationship with colleagues and management like now at Panarottis in Ushaka I'm very close to Fiona who is one of the Managers.

Pros: Great opportunity in working with people and building my communication skills.
Cons: Standing the whole day up to 7 hours no break but its preparing me for the future i can't complain.

I am currently employed and looking for an Operations manager position in a fast paced environment.

I work +- a 65 hours work week, 1 off day, work weekends and Public holidays. I oversee all HR< admin and Operational requirements. A day spending with guests is a good day, a day spending with difficult guests is a day of growth and building relationships. I love the industry and had covered many aspects of the industry, and still learning every day. A typical week will consist of conducting work shops, one on one sessions with employees(including management). Challenging aspects of the the job is to not to get to personal in what I do based on applying new processes and systems.

Pros: I love to grow daily, and looking to expand my knowledge in Multiple stores and brands
Cons: Labor relations
