A typical day at the office,entering my place of work with a smile. Well dressed and ready for the days work. Seeing to customer queries,answering the telephone with a excellent manners. Talking to my Co workers with respect as I firmly believe respect is earned and gained both ways. Respecting each other makes the working environment a better and happy place to be at.The most challenging aspect of my job is to act firmly when necessary and not be judged for decisions made. I always try and make everyone around me happy.
