Learn everyday, everyone is patient with you

Typical day would include me catching up with my boss’ (Head of HR and CTO), working in recruitment, catching up with employees from the department that I look after. Employee retention, HR reports. No two days are the same, there is a lot of pressure and short turn around time. Pretty much flat structured so things happen quickly.. I work well under pressure. I hav learnt to be resilient and push back where necessary I enjoy working with my team, the culture, the benefits

Work hard, stay humble

I have over +25 years working experience (corporate industry - exposure/ understanding and knowledge in Marketing; Telecoms; Healthcare; Sales; HR throughout career). Everyday has a new challenge - no day is the same. From booking flights to conducting spot checks to attending to staff concerns that may arise. It is important to believe in your team, motivate and encourage them to grown! By sharing my knowledge with them allows them to grow and improve their circumstances. A great leader empowers not over-powers their team. My typical work day is very pressurised, ensuring the business runs smoothly day-to-day with limited interruptions/ inconvenience to staff.

Managing large team of payroll administrators

I manage currently manage the RSA and African payrolls wihin my company. I excel under pressure and deadlines. My mission is to always act within legislation as well as the best interest of my employer. I am a loyal, committed and hard working individual. My career goalnl is to lead and manage a strong and well functioning payroll team.

Pros: Exposure to various payroll setups and out of country legisltion
Cons: Stagnating within a company and or position.

Fast paced industry

A good place to work, good people, Free Meals But the job security there sucks, management always sugar coating stuff. Dont treat their staff well more interested in volume. Quantity over quality.
